- Aged 60 or more.
- Children under 16.
- Full time students aged
under 19
- You or your partner
receives ; Income Support, Family Credit, Income-based
Jobseekers Allowance or Disability Working Allowance.
- Those with a HC2
certificate.
- The registered blind.
- Those who suffer from
Diabetes/ Glaucoma
- Those prescribed complex
lenses under NHS optical voucher scheme.
